一、The device permissions that we will use
1.Enabling relevant permissions: Panda Scanner will require users to grant certain permissions to their devices based on the products and services they use. If users do not agree to authorize the application terminal of Panda Scanner to obtain relevant permissions, it will directly affect their use of the basic products and services provided by Panda Scanner (except for necessary operating system permissions that are not dependent on basic functions):
1)Camera/Camera Permissions: Used for uploading attachments and shooting specific application scenarios, and can only be done with the user's authorized consent;
2)Access permissions for photos: can only be obtained with the user's authorized consent when uploading attachments or sending images;
3)Storage permission: After the user has enabled the device storage permission, it is used to write downloaded electronic data files to the storage space and retrieve electronic data files online for viewing during data downloading. It can only be done with the user's authorization and consent;
Please note that by enabling relevant permissions, the user authorizes Panda Scanner to collect or use relevant personal information to provide the user with corresponding products and services. Once the user closes the relevant permissions, it means that the user has cancelled the authorization. Panda Scanner will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permissions, which may result in the inability to provide the user with the products and services corresponding to the permissions. But it will not affect the data generated by providing services to users based on user authorization.
2.Provide products or services to users
When users use Panda Scanner products and services, in order to maintain the normal operation of Panda Scanner services, improve and optimize the service experience of Panda Scanner, and ensure the security of users' accounts, Panda Scanner will collect the following information and require users to open relevant permissions:
1)Device information: Panda Scanner will receive and record device related information (including device model, software installation list, operating system version, IP address, device settings, device environment, and other software and hardware feature information) and device location related information (including user authorized GPS location, WLAN access point, base station, and other sensor information) based on the specific permissions granted by the user during software installation and use.
2)Log information: Panda Scanner will collect detailed usage information of the Panda Scanner service from users, which will be saved as relevant logs, including the method, type and status of network access, network quality data, operation logs, and service log information.
Individual device information and service log information are information that cannot identify a specific natural person's identity. If Panda Scanner combines this type of non personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity, or uses it in combination with personal information, during the combined use period, this type of non personal information will be considered personal information. Unless authorized by the user or otherwise required by laws and regulations, Panda Scanner will anonymize and de identify this type of information.
3)The personal information submitted by users to Panda Scanner during customer service, website messages, or participation in activities through Panda Scanner: When users contact Panda Scanner, Panda Scanner may save the user's communication and call records, content, or contact information left by the user, in order to contact the user or help solve problems, or record the solutions and results of related problems.
